Questions about this service
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes — that's the point. You'll have one dedicated professional (or a small pair if it's a larger home) so they learn your home.
What if my cleaner is sick or on holiday?
We arrange cover from a known substitute. We don't send strangers unannounced — you'll always know who's coming.
Can I skip a week?
Of course. Just give 48 hours' notice and we roll the credit forward.
What's the minimum commitment?
We ask for a one-month trial (four visits for weekly, two for fortnightly). After that, you can pause or cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do you do the laundry / ironing?
By default no — those are extras. We can build them into your plan for a small uplift if you'd like.
