Do you guarantee the deposit back?
We guarantee the clean against the inventory. If the agent flags anything within 72 hours that was in scope, we return and fix it free of charge.
Do you clean carpets and upholstery?
Vacuuming is included. Steam cleaning is an optional extra — let us know the carpet size when you book.
What if the property is furnished?
No problem — we clean inside and around furniture. Just confirm any items that should be left untouched.
How quickly can you turn around?
Same-day or next-day bookings are often available. Book as soon as you know your move date.
