How fast is your response?

Are your plumbers qualified?
Yes — every plumber is NVQ Level 2/3 qualified and registered with a recognised UK body (Gas Safe where relevant).
Do you do bathroom installations?
Yes — full bathroom refits or just plumbing for a new suite. We coordinate with tilers and electricians as needed.
What about gas work?
We don't do gas ourselves but can refer you to a Gas Safe engineer in seconds.
Is there a call-out fee?
Yes — £65 during the day, higher evenings and weekends. The first 30 minutes are included in the fee.
