After you book

What happens next

From the moment you book to the moment the invoice arrives — here's the basic flow. One email when you book, one when the work's done.

  1. Step 1

    Booking confirmation

    You'll get an email with your booking reference, the date and time, and the total. Quote the reference if you call us.

  2. Step 2

    We confirm the slot

    A member of the team will be in touch within 30 minutes during working hours to confirm everything and answer any questions.

  3. Step 3

    The work gets done

    Our team turns up at the agreed time, does the work, and lets you know when they're finished.

  4. Step 4

    Invoice + receipt

    You'll get an invoice by email once the work's complete. Payment details and a receipt are in the same email.
