Handyman Services — FAQ
Questions about this service
What's your minimum booking?
One hour for small jobs, half-day (4 hours) for typical lists. We won't book for less than an hour.
Do you bring tools?
Yes — full kit, including power tools, fixings, and consumables. You just point at things.
Can you do electrical or plumbing work?
Small jobs like tap washers and light fittings — yes. For anything regulated (consumer unit, boiler) we'll send a qualified spark or plumber.
What if the job takes longer than expected?
We'll tell you as soon as we realise. You only pay for time used, but you'll always know before we go over.
Are your tradespeople qualified?
Yes — for anything regulated we'll send a qualified, certified operative rather than a general handyman. You'll know who is coming before they arrive.
