How do you price building work?
Either fixed-price (after a detailed survey) or day rate for undefined scope. We always agree the model upfront.
What happens if something goes wrong on site?
We cover accidental damage caused by our own team and put it right ourselves — you don't get passed to an insurer or a third party.
Can you work to architect drawings?
Of course. Many of our projects start with a third-party architect or surveyor — we just build to their specs.
